Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
» Monitors and evaluates the sales performance of assigned brands
» Assists in conceptualization and implementation of sales generating promotions and strategies
» Plans activities and promotions for the assigned brands to develop and improve brand consciousness and recall and to support the growth of the assigned brands
» Gathers feedback from branch staff, dealers and end consumers to identify the areas of improvement of the products, services, and other company touch points involving the assigned brands and to utilize this data to form better consciousness generation and promotional activities for further brand strengthening and growth
» Contributes to the conceptualization of innovative ideas and attributes located on research and market trends.
» Draft product briefs for concurrence and approval of the Senior Brand Category Manager.
» Coordinates with the Creative Team to implement recommended ideas into visuals.
» Assists in the preparation of launch plans and implementation memos respective to new products.
» Monitors existing product sales performance
» To conduct appropriate research to support proposal of ideas
» Assists the product manager in developing product briefs for new products
» Drafts and analyzes marketing promotion mechanics
» Regularly updates sales monitoring sheets
» Forwards sales results to the Senior Brand Category Manager
» Assists in special projects such as assembly preparation
» Completes analysis of sales report one week after all sales figures are available
» Presents on-going development of each new product/ product improvement
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
» B.A. or B.S. in Management/Marketing
» Two to three years of practice in Brand Management or any related field
» Proficient in oral and written communications.
» Capable of communicating ideas clearly and effectively.
» Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
» Has the capability to analyze data and make recommendations
