You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role
This position will report to a category head and will be responsible for delivering short-term business objectives of the category, including Net Revenue, profitability and market share through robust consumer marketing plans and understanding of drivers and barriers.
The role will be tasked to develop and execute the activation calendar; execute business strategies including product quality, packaging and pricing strategies based on strong consumer insights; and lead a cross-functional team in executing such business strategies.
The position is accountable in ensuring a robust P&L for the category.
This role will require the person to carry out the following tasks:
Assessment of business opportunities and challenges leveraging company subscribed fact bases like Nielsen, kantar home panel and Brand tacking
Executing the activation plans in market with excellence and on time by partnering with trade marketing and sales colleagues and external activation agencies
Manage the internal procurement and approval system
Packaging and product development
Actively participate in the business planning process
Collaborate with peers from across different functions and markets, be an active member of the biscuits and/or chocolate community
Execute plans in compliance with the company policies.
