Has a pulse on business performance, customer trends, & competitive activity ensures that the reports are accurate and timely.
Supports the Strategy Head in creating MORs, collating information & laddering it up to actionable insights
Secures A&P budget sufficiency for key brand activities
Ensures timely completion of milestones for key strategic projects (e.g.: brand refresh, network campaigns, thematic, &c.)
Determines insights, gaps, issues and opportunities based on various sources (trade, market research, internal and external data) relevant to the TM brand, business, &/or customers
