Job Description
- Ability to systematically source out relevant information regarding current and evolving customers, competition, solutions, and marketing opportunities from various resources to develop the customer and market profile
- Thinking expansively to understand the complexities and interdependencies of various types of information (customer, economic, trade, technology, business, competition, trends) and able to make connections between seemingly disparate ideas
- Acumen to identify, evaluate, and draw logical conclusions from available data to create business decisions and strategies
- Ability to project future financial and operational resources and requirements, manage and deliver profits through an effective balance of revenues and costs
- Rigor in determining and assessing key business factors, and successfully drive value through long-term and short-term planning and implementation with the use of analytical techniques and innovative methodologies
- Ability to simultaneously work well with and manage all necessary stakeholders, both internal and external, to be able to deliver solutions that jointly address most if not all critical agenda
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired as is bringing customer oriented products to market
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary, having a general manager / owner mentality
CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
- Drives the overall engagement strategy with Globe Prepaid's growing customer base, ensuring their engagement (beyond tariff)
- Leads and orchestrates all engagement and experience reviews (Dashboards, Brand Review) including insight-generation on the latest trends to drive retention across the customer base and ensures translation of insights to programs for Globe Prepaid.
- Continuously aims to get to know the customers better & deeper, ensuring that Globe Prepaid is able to serve their needs
- Leads integration of competitive monitoring activities and recommends POVs and strategic responses as necessary
- In collaboration with other stakeholders, recommends and implements programs to improve subscriber quality
DEVICES, SIMS, CALL CARDS
- Leads the device, SIMs and callcards strategy formulation of Globe Prepaid to sustain revenue growth and relevance
- Brand champion in all initiatives affecting SIMs- and device-marketing related projects
- Oversees the regular update and refinement brand customer insights related to devices, SIMs and Call Cards to ensure relevance and competitiveness
- Oversees the design development process and business case development and analysis for SIMs, Call Cards and device launches
- Collaborates with brand partners on programs to drive Globe Prepaid's devices, SIMs, call cards agenda
- Oversees the GTM initiatives for all devices, SIMs, call cards portfolio launches
- Brand champion for strategic migration projects (LTE/5G migration, LTE/5G device strategy)
TALENT BUILDING
- Develops training plan to further brand skills based on baseline performance - Undertakes performance management activities to ensure delivery of goals and behavior is aligned with Globe's Leadership Competencies
- Builds succession plan for team to ensure business continuity
