As a
Brand Enforcement Manager
, you will be
dedicated to enforcing the reseller and MAP policies of our clients on Amazon. You will be responsible for monitoring listings for unauthorized sellers and MAP violations. The enforcement workflow involves working with clients and violators to ensure compliance with all policies. They will also take ownership on improving and developing effective resolution strategies.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and
possesses impeccable English communication
in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

-Daily monitoring of listing catalog
-Daily tracking of all unauthorized seller offers and inventory levels
-Sending Seller Violation Notices to all new unauthorized sellers
-Sending MAP Violation Notices to all new MAP violators
-Researching unauthorized sellers and new enforcement techniques
-Estimating and reporting sales loss due to unauthorized sellers
-Communicating with resellers and phone
-Communicating updates and advising clients on self-enforcement
Requirements

-Must have experience working remotely
-Must be skilled in independent research
-Must speak English fluently
-Must display competence with GSuite, especially Sheets
-Ability to work independently and find creative solutions
-Must have strong communication skills
-Experience in e-commerce a plus
