Position Title: Brand Consultant (fully remote) must be able to work during 9-5 EST times.Job Summary:The Brand Consultant will generate sales leads and opportunities for the iPromo Sales Team. Leads will be generated by qualifying inbound leads produced by the iPromo website as well as outbound leads generated through proactive efforts researching client contacts in the iPromo client database. The Brand Consultant will be expected to provide iPromo clients and prospects with creative product solutions, quotes and product mockups, generate client interest and then pass to an iPromo Sales representative so they can close the sale.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Qualify inbound leads by providing a quote and product presentation within 10min of the requestGenerate outbound leads by proactively sending iPromo contacts branded product presentations that fit their company and brandSuccessfully transfer qualified outbound and inbound leads to an iPromo Sales Representative so they can close the saleAccurately log all inbound and outbound lead opportunities and activities in salesforceRequired Skills/Abilities:Experience in a lead generation sales roleStrong knowledge of the promotional products industry, pricing, ordering process, vendorsExcellent communication skills via email, phone and face-to-faceAbility to log tasks and opportunities into a CRMKPI'sOutbound Leads Generated Per Day/Week/MonthInbound Leads Qualified Per Day/Week/MonthInbound Lead Response TimeOutbound Value-Add Emails to Customers Per Day/Week/MonthOutbound Calls to Customers Per Day/Week/MonthEducation and Experience:2+ years of sales experience2+ promotional products industry experiencePay:
