JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with the discovery of the company
Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the company and conduct a guided trial
Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company consumer-centric principles
YOU ARE:
Confident and charismatic, with excellent communication skills
Organized and have sales/retail sales experience
Willing to be assigned in a retail store within Metro Manila
Good to excellent communication skills
Can do fieldwork
Can represent a product
