Our client, 5 ELK is looking for a multi-tasker who loves people and culture. 5ELK is an outsourcing provider working with Australian businesses to develop financial advice that creates wealth, happiness and freedom for its clients.
Roles and Expectations:
1. Creating and maintaining a positive tribal culture
Lead brainstorming and planning of activities that are fun and create positive vibe that helps tribe members feel connected;
Organise celebration for tribe members' milestones and achievements - Regularisation, Anniversary, Birthdays, Perfect Attendance, Value Awards and positive Client Feedback;
Organise annual and monthly events - Christmas Party, Halloween Nights, Talent Night
Organise regular tribal events that promotes mental and physical health and spiritual self - Bible Studies, Yoga Sessions, Zumba
Manage online community through various social media platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
Liaise with suppliers to purchase 5 ELK merchandise
2. Assisting in the sales and marketing campaigns and building the brand
Building creative digital contents and writing witty and crisp copy of social captions;
Manage the distribution of client communications - Mailchimp, Typeform
Manage social media postings, building our online presence on website and all social media platforms
Assist in developing and maintaining client experience tools
Requirements
