BRANCH SUPERVISOR
(Preferably from Talisay City and Minglanilla)
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Meet sales performance, margin management, inventory, cost control, and management of store employees
Oversee day-to-day store operations
Customer Service (in-store and via phone)
Schedule management
Update records and trackers daily/weekly/monthly
Create and submit monthly reports and as needed
Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the management from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  
Bachelor's degree in any Business-related field or with equivalent practical experience.
With 1 year and above work experience in retail or customer service-oriented field.
Working knowledge of the use of computers and proficiency with Windows-based software; specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Can effectively communicate in English both in written and oral form.
Performance-driven and result oriented. 
Strong product knowledge
Disciplined work ethic and can deliver expectations with minimal supervision.
Maintains proper decorum when on the job.
Conscious of proper time management observes promptness when attending set appointments/meetings and accomplishes committed deliverables.
Adherent to and compliant with established procedures and processes.
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule (opening, mid-shift & closing) and different branches.
