Assists the Marketing Director in the supervision of the entire operation of the gaming site
Manages the work and the conduct of the Branch Supervisor and staff.
Makes sure that the gaming site gives the highest degree of customer service to its players and guests
Ensures that Company policies and house rules are being observed both by the employees and by the players and guests
Suggests and recommends improvements of the operation of the gaming site
Disciplines employees in coordination with the HRD
Facilitates training and development among the Branch Supervisor and staff
Implements fair and just incentives to site employees
Makes sure that all the necessary documents/transactions as desirable or needed by the operation of the gaming site are well facilitated by the branch supervisor
Assists the Marketing director and provides recommendations in all management planning
Ensures that the gaming site is properly managed and its structure is in compliance with the standard set up by PAGCOR
Makes sure that the Branch Supervisor keeps the 201 records of the employees and other office documents/papers/memoranda
Thoroughly reviews the overall sales of the entire operation of the gaming site
Preferred gender and age range: Female / 30-45 years old
Preferred college degree, alternative degree (if any): A holder of any Bachelor's degree
Relevant experience: At least 3 years supervisory work experience / At least 1-year work experience in the gaming industry on branch head position At least 1-year work experience in the gaming industry

SALARY: 25,000 - 30,000
