Career Summary:
To manage assigned branch by ensuring collaborative working relationships, and 100% customer satisfaction while meeting target monthly branch sales.
1. Perform various face and body skin care treatments (basic and advanced)
2. Required to render 6 working days with shifting schedule
3. To provide assistance to Beauty Therapist and monitor their overall performance
4. Boost sales and ensure that the target monthly sales is met.
5. Provide ways to increase or augment new customers and ensure how to maintain existing and loyal customers
6. To handle and provide reports for the branch sales and expenditures
Requirements:
Qualifications
1. College Graduate preferably of Science or related degrees, such as Nursing, Midwifery, Physical Therapy, etc.
2. Preferably adjunct managers or managers with 1-year practice of handling 3 to 5 staff members.
3. skills or working background on facial care & skin analysis consultation is an advantage.
4. Team player, Honest and Hardworking
