The Branch Manager- Laguna is responsible in overseeing business development, profitability, and productivity of the branch.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of any four-year business related course
With at least two (2) years of work experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations
Work experience in a bank or financing or car industry is an advantage
Must have at least six (6) months of supervisory or managerial experience
Required skills: leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal
A strategist, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
Customer-service oriented
Has the ability to handle challenging situations
