Must possess at least a Bachelor/College degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
Masters degree in Business Administration, or any similar discipline, is an advantage.
At least 3-5 years of experience in the Banking Operations in a managerial capacity
Must be highly knowledgeable in the bank regulations set forth by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas outlined in the Manual of Regulations for Banks.
Must have working knowledge in various laws relevant to the practice of compliance functions of BSFIs including, but not limited to, the Anti-Money Laundering Law.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing of Products: Markets the Banks products and services that are available in the assigned branch
Branch Operations Management: Implements in the assigned branch the standard internal control policies of the Bank.
Branch Employee Management: Exercises good leadership and ensures harmonious working relationships among branch personnel.
Monitoring, Coordinating and Reporting: Accomplish the Risk Control and Self-Assessment (RCSA) Checklist on a periodic basis at a frequency that shall be established by the Risk Management Unit.
Approver: Signs checks for banks disbursements within the authorized limit.
