WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The position is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of branch receivables transactions and establishment of accountabilities of branch personnel. Monitor compliance aligned with the company policies & procedures.The position should be filled out by based on the current numbers Direct Sales Operations (DSO) Sales Representative, with ratio of one Branch Finance Associate for every five (5) salesman.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Check accuracy, completeness and validity of the following source documents for recording in the system: Cash Invoice, Charge Invoice, Salesman Collection Receipt, Delivery Receipt, Stock Transfer Slip, and Trade Consumer Sampling.
Review Daily Sales, Collection & Remittance Reports and Promo Liquidation report to ensure accuracy and completeness of recorded transactions.
Witness weekly and monthly warehouse inventory physical count.Conduct fixed asset count based on schedules that will be provided by head office.
Issue accountability report/route settlement report for incumbent and outgoing PSR and warehouseman
Facilitate and document turnover of salesman and warehouse accountability (i.e., stocks, revolving fund, accounts receivable and accountable forms)
Ensure salesmen's compliance with company directives/policies and document deviations via issuance of exception report. Communicate immediately to FSS and BFS any PSR violations indicative of fraudulent activity
File and archive branch documents (e.g. CAF, Used accountable forms, etc.) properly.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Branch Finance Supervisor.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any realred course
Open for fresh graduates to 1 year of working experience in large multinational company.
Knowledgeable in credit management policies and procedures.
Good understanding of integrated systems (e.g. ERP). Knowledgeable in SAP is an ad
High level of accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good command of speaking and writing English language.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Amenable to work in San Ildefonso, Ilocos
