Tasks & responsibilities
CHECKING OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE VOUCHERS AND CHECK PAYMENT VOUCHERS
MONITORING OF PAYMENTS TO SUPPLIERS
WEEKLY REVIEW OF REVOLVING FUND AND PREPARES BANK RECONCILIATION
PREPARATION OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CONFIRMATION TO HEAD OFFICE, BRANCHES AFFILIATES AND LOCAL SUPPLIERS
REVIEW AND SUBMIT TAX REPORT TO HEAD OFFICE
CHECKING OF SALES INVOICE
APPROVED CLEARANCES FOR CONFIRMATION, PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS
ISSUE AND MONITOR RECEIPTS ( OR, PR, CR)
PREPARES MONTHLY COLLECTION REPORT
OVERSEES OVERALL ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS
Preferrably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but no required.
