Himex Corporation tied up with Divine Grace Medical Center located in Cavite General Trias a business active in the medical industry for over 30 years urgently need for a hardworking, ambitious, proactive Branch Accountant / Cashier to join our team and become a valuable member of our company.
Branch Accountant / Cashier
Responsible for the daily collecting, handling of payments and creating accounting reports
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily entries of sales and charge accounts
Daily bank deposits
Prepares and maintains various monthly financial reports
Reconciles general ledger balances on a weekly basis
Prepares revenue sharing statements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Sees to it that the charge account collectibles are paid by the hospital
Prepares the accounting book on a monthly basis to be submitted to the head office
Qualifications:
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy - major in any course
At least 1 year working experience in the related field
General clerical experience
Must be detail oriented, with good customer service skills
Willing to be assigned in Cavite General Trias
