Performs complex transactional quality audit based on audit parameters.
Leads process improvement initiatives along with respective team/s in a domain to achieve the desired results.
Regularly coaches and mentors less experienced staff.
Ability to train & Certify supervisors on Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), Lean, PCMM.
Demonstrated knowledge of domain(s) to drive process improvement initiatives.
Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.
Assists program or process development and implementation.
Facilitate process improvement meetings along with respective team in various domain to achieve the desired results
Accurate reporting of required data for Six Sigma, Lean, PCMM Projects & management KPIs specific to domain
Ability to provide inputs based on Data Analysis for process improvements using Six Sigma (Green Belt Tools), PCMM, Lean Tools
Ability to perform audit and report the findings based on QMS standards and effectively close the non-compliances.
