Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BPO Trainer to join our team and help develop and deliver effective training programs for our BPO agents. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in BPO operations, and a passion for coaching and mentoring. Responsibilities include designing training modules, conducting training sessions, evaluating agent performance, and providing feedback for improvement.
Qualifications
At least 1 year teaching experience
BPO experience is preferred but not required
At least C1 English comms
