How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Act as the first line of technical support (tier 1 support)
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with patient billing, patient payments, and accounts receivable (AR) workflow automation
Help train customers to use the software
Ensure full HIPAA compliance at every level
What You Must Possess
Excellent communication skills
Good technical support experience in a BPO company
Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to think outside the box
Ability to provide email, voice, and chat support at the same time
Attention to detail
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and responsiveness
Experience in accounts receivable (AR) and revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, electronic medical records (EMRs), and accounting
Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions and features
Familiarity with HubSpot
Basic knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
Knowledge of basic system-specific language such as JSON (a plus)

Full-time position
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM CST (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM Philippine time)
Hybrid work setup with on-site training
PHP 27,000 gross salary (PHP 23,000 basic salary plus PHP 4,000 in allowances)
