We are currently seeking a BPO Team Leader to join our team in Quezon City, National Capital Region (PH-00), Philippines (PH).
In these roles you will be responsible for:
Meeting or exceeding performance standards in your current position, including having superior attendance and conduct
Familiarity with Computer systems and applications
Basic Computer Knowledge
Requirements for this role include:
Reservation agents process reservations through telephone.
Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed.
Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location
Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plan
Knows the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.
Determines room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel
Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations and upsell other branded hotels.
Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons.
Preferences: -
An understanding of hotel terminology.
