We are currently seeking a BPO Team Leader - Healthcare Provider Services Account to join our team in Quezon city, National Capital Region (PH-00), Philippines (PH).
Provides operational support for activities associated with all phases of transaction processing.
Interacts with clients and internal departments to resolve complex issues.
Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
Leads quality audit on client accounts.
