QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a BPO setting
Must be a college graduate of an Accounting-related major
Experienced in leading large outbound sales teams
Ability to develop and optimize sales scripts
Ability to develop a sales coaching program to drive performance
Ability to collaborate with clients to help define sales KPI
Knowledge of dialers and outbound calling
Willing to be relocated to General Santos
