The leading digital life insurer from Singapore has entered the Philippine life insurance market after forming a new joint venture for its business growth. Their project plan is to build an omnichannel customer service supporting Asia.
About the role:
Answer and resolve any questions and/or complaints that customers have regarding their policy with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide information to potential new customers who have questions regarding the products and services.
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Position requirements:
2+ years experience in the customer support experience
2+ years Experience in social media management
A background in the insurance industry
Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices
Knowledge of insurance investment business an asset
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
