NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Eastwood, Quezon City
In these roles you will be responsible for:
Handle inbound provider calls for health insurance companies
Answer calls and document according to Customer's written specifications as per the process and procedure document.
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims
Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality resolution
Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines
Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team
Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities.
Requirements for this role include:
Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required
3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication.
1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider/Member is a plus but not required
*** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
