We are looking for BP Insurance Coordinator who will be responible of the following : ● To assist the Body Paint Service Advisor in processing of all BP Claims and documentation under Insurance
● Checks the validity of the Insurance claims based on the documents submitted
● Conducting follow up call to Insurance for related to LOA issuance and check payment.
● Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of insurance in related to LOA issuance, outstanding claims
and check payment. ● Maintaining all service customer records as required by the Insurance Claim.
● Responsible to answer the service phone calls and coordinate with concerned associates to attend the customer needs.
● Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned by Service Manager /Department Head from time to time.
● Willing to be assign in Mandaluyong Shaw
