BOOKKEEPING INTERN
 
Office Location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
Reporting to: Finance Manager
 
The Bookkeeping Intern will have the opportunity to assist with various finance and accounting tasks, including updating and maintaining manual books of accounts. Our internship program is tailored for accounting students who are eager to kickstart their career in the finance and accounting industry. We are open for a permanent contract absorption after the end of internship.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and updated in the company's manual books of accounts
Assist in preparing and recording journal entries
Help sort and file accounting documents to ensure their accuracy and completeness
Assist in organizing and maintaining the company's accounting files and records
Work closely with Finance team members to assist with other finance-related tasks as needed, such as bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and accounts payable/receivable processing
Qualifications
College student currently taking up Accounting, Finance, or a Business related field
Can render to 600 Hours and Above
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have internship requirement of at least 3 months equivalent
Work set-up and working hours:
10:00AM-7:00PM PHT Monday to Friday
