In this role, you will take ownership of daily financial operations - from multi-currency reconciliations to monthly reporting - ensuring accurate records and supporting our fast-growing digital business. You'll work closely with the Director and teams across departments, contributing to smooth accounting processes and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily reconciliations of bank and card transactions across multiple currencies (EUR, USD, THB).
Coordinate with the Director and teams to gather transaction data, confirm new charges, and ensure correct booking with supporting documents.
Manage Fixed Assets, Prepaid expenses, payables, and vendor balances, ensuring timely follow-up.
Prepare and deliver monthly book and performance reports within deadlines.
Ensure transaction records and descriptions are accurate and properly documented.
Provide financial data and reports as requested by management.
Support other ad hoc accounting and finance tasks as assigned.

Ideal ProfileRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2-3 years of bookkeeping experience or relevant accounting role.
Proficient in using Xero or similar accounting software.
Strong understanding of multi-currency transactions and reconciliations.
Knowledge of crypto wallet booking is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work under deadlines and deliver results in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholder
