Is currently looking for:
 
BOOKKEEPER
 
QUALIFICATION:
Female / Male
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
At least 1 year experience in bookkeeping or any similar field
Must be knowledgeable in handling monetary transactions, accounting, and bookkeeping
Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
Must be a good moral character
Must be knowledgeable in government compliance regulatory and statutory obligation
Must be willing to undergo pre-service and/or in-service trainings in accounting
Ability to maintain records and prepare reports and correspondence related to the job
Courteous, professional manner, and strong customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Records and update books of accounts
Provide assistance in the preparation of reports on the financial condition and operations of the cooperative monthly and annually.
Keep, maintain, and preserve all books of accounts, documents, vouchers, contracts, and other records concerning on the business of the cooperative and make them available during meeting and auditing.
