The Role
At SellerX we are growing our Finance Department and now we are looking for an Bookkeeper (x/f/m) to join our team. You will help us maintain accurate and timely records of our financial transactions.
Your Responsibilities in Detail
Post and reconcile bank transactions, including cash pool header account and intercompany transactions, using accounting software NetSuite
Post and reconcile debit card transactions for the entire group
Chase and collect receipts for debit card transactions and post them with correct VAT treatment
Send out debit card statements to each entity accountant and work closely with them on any debit card queries
Assist in preparing profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare a review of accounts payable postings that need to be reanalyzed to other entities for review by team lead
Assist accountant in reviewing profit and loss and balance sheet on a monthly basis and explain monthly movements
Assist with intercompany reconciliations and ensure balances are reconciled
Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documents and schedules
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
Bachelor of Science in Accounting or other related finance courses
3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge in NetSuite software is preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Working Hours: Central European Standard Time
