Job Summary:
Perform procurement and purchasing duties for Elbow Reef and bookkeeping. Contact vendors and suppliers in a timely manner and manage purchase and delivery of supplies and equipment when needed by the Company while tracking inventory. Provide monthly credit card and banking reconciliations and assist with an annual audit and tax preparation with an independent accounting firm. Administratively assist in the conduct of day-to-day business activities.
Responsibilities:
Purchasing and Bookkeeping:
Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions for materials, goods and supplies.
Ensure purchase orders are properly approved.
Send them to the suppliers.
Review inventories and order as required.
Interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
Review deliveries against the orders.
Track the status of any orders.
Ensure import process is supported administratively.
Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
Provide monthly credit cards and banking reconciliations.
Assist with an annual audit and tax preparation with independent accounting firm.
Prepare expense reports for accounting processing.
Administrative:
Interface with and support senior executive management and those with whom they interact at all levels; apply sound judgment regarding confidentiality at all times.

Maintenance of inventory
Requirements
2-4 years experience (any industry)
Excellent interpersonal skills - the ability to communicate warmly, clearly, and concisely via email/phone & text
Excellent organizational skills
English spoken and written fluent
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Manila time
