Requirements:
Intermediate level - Austalian Taxation Administration System
Has experience doing business activity statement (BAS)
Knowledgeable in Xero software
Can do Australian payroll
Duties:
Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to
various accounts
Processing payments
Conducting daily banking activities
Producing various financial reports
Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.
Processes receipting of client payments; booking and rescheduling
appointments including in-person, telephone and videoconference
appointments
Complies with client and government procedures in handling documents -
whether online, lodgement, or reporting
Liaises with other team members, both local and remote, in achieving client
goals
Provides general assistance to Client and Team.
