BOOKKEEPER
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or an Accountancy-related course
Experience as an Accountant/ Bookkeeper is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Basic accounting, financial system
Knowledgeable in taxation and other periodic statutory requirements of various government agencies
Fast Learner, Flexible, and keen on details
Mature, high sense of responsibility, well-organized, and can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Hardworking and reliable
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Willing to be assigned in West Cebu Industrial Park-Special Economic Zone, Arpili, Balamban, Cebu
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounts information according to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAP) and complies with all government laws and regulations.
Work closely with the auditors for the submission of the annual Audited Financial Statements and to all government entities
Supervises the Inventory and Warehouse Officer
Prepare payroll
Prepare and submit all reportorial requirements to all government offices such as but not limited to PEZA, BIR, Customs, SSS, Philhealth and Pag- ibig
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the superior.
