Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the rice products company.
2. Record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
3. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
4. Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts.
5. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
6. Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining proper stock levels.
7. Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate calculation of employee salaries and benefits.
8. Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
9. Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
10. Collaborate with the accounting team and management to provide financial insights and analysis.
11. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
12. Assist in the preparation of documents for audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
13. Stay updated with relevant accounting laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
2. Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php16,000.00 per month
