Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard software.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
