6. Prepares Replenishment Report once the maintaining balance of the accounts reaches Php. 10,000.00
7. Encode Production work in process
8. Review the timekeeping report prepared by the HRD.
9. Compute payroll of Daily Paid Employees including deductions, 13th month pay and Service Incentive Leave (SIL)
10. Prepares summary of Government Mandated Premiums deducted to Employees.
11. Conduct Warehouse and Laboratory Inventories

Essential Function
1. Ensure completeness of Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt.
2. Prepares transmittal of Invoices of the customers.
3. Prepares and print Credit or Debit Memo
4. Received billings, have it approved and forwarded to Accounting for processing of payment.
