Your responsibilities include:
Update registered manual books of accounts
Write up invoices and official receipts
Create and update the Accounting folder on all vouchers, receipts, monthly bank statements
Do audit on IT inventory against asset assignments
Review liquidations
Generate listing and payment receipts for Pagibig/Philhealth/SSS
Prepare list of all assets for storage or disposal
Review inventory on other office items
Assist in preparing reports or returns needed for Tax Clearance application
Print and file all BIR returns, check completeness of all returns
Prepare and send BIR 2307 to contractors
Do other tasks as assigned
Qualities / Experiences we're seeking:
At least 3 years prior experience as Bookkeeper
Strong MS Excel skills
A data-driven and analytical mindset
Highly proactive, meticulous, and results-oriented
