Qualifications of Bookkeeper:
· At least graduate of Accounting, Financial Management, and other related courses.
· Preferably with experience in Bookkeeping.
· Keen to details particular in numbers.
· Analytic.
· Willing to work in extended hours, weekend, and holidays if the needs arise.
· Preferably nearby Residence in Rang-ayan Isabela.
The Bookkeeper is responsible to supervise the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Performs daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
Maintains the records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities of Bookkeeper:
Shall develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Shall maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions and reconcile data entries.
Shall maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
Shall balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Submit monthly report to Top Management.
Confer financial data to accounting department.
Shall provide solutions in cases of discrepancies and look for the root cause.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
