• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Update and maintain the general ledger
• Reconciliation of entries into accounting system
• Recording of debits and credits
• Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
• Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
• Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
• Monitor any variances from the projected budget
• Provide support to the finance head for preparation of financial statements and budget projections
• Update/Maintain Disbursement book, General Journal book, General Ledger
Book and Consolidated Trial Balance.
• Preparation of journal vouchers for month-end closing entries.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy/Technology/Finance
With at least 1 year experience in the related field
Willing to work in Cabuyao Laguna
Keen to details and with strong bookkeeping experience
