Job Description
Recording transactions such as income and expenses, and posting them to various accounts
Processing payments and tracking overdue accounts along with collectors
Conducting daily banking activities
Producing various financial reports in coordination with external consultant
Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements
Will work with external accountant on a regular basis
Complete tax forms and ensure on-time filings and submissions
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Job Qualification
Bookkeeper with experience in handling leasing business
