Hi there! We're looking for a Bookkeeper who has experience with Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks and Excel Spreadsheets and is honest, hard working, reliable and has an attention to detail to become part of the team.
Location: Remote, reporting to Melbourne timezone
Engagement: Part-time role, 20 hours per week
For this position, you'll be working on reconciling accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and BAS preparation. In addition to this, you may be asked to help with other tasks that come up such as customer queries, client requests, helping your fellow team members with anything they may need help with and updating details. This is the perfect role for someone who is not afraid of a challenge, can work independently but also as part of a team, has excellent literacy skills, fast-learner, organised and can meet deadlines.
Requirements
You're familiar with popular platforms such as Roll, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Google Drive.
You are friendly, hard working and good at communicating.
Time Management is second nature.
You've worked remotely or with clients in other countries and are comfortable being your own manager.
We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and effectively to get your point across in a friendly tone, everyone is human, let's not make someone's day a bad one by being insensitive.
