Job Descriptions
Maintain record of account payables and receivables
prepare forms for telegraphic transfers, dollar purchase, and LC account opening forms
prepare, interpret Financial Statements for Bank and Suppliers Accreditation purposes
Track and record company's issued checks
provide monthly report of company's expenses
prepare and submit required documents for bank line renewals
prepare and post journal entries of funds and its distribution
perform day to day accounting and book keeping tasks
Job Qualifications
With background in trading and importation procedure
College graduate
Work experience in steel/hardware industry is preferred or familiar with Steel pipes and other related metal products
Detail oriented, computer literate, customer service
Monday to Saturday work hours
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
