Description
To maintain a complete and accurate record of books such as sales book, external use, disbursement and general ledger with great speed and precision; To provide accurate, complete, and on-time monitoring of inventory and ensure adequate amount for company use.
1. Prepares checks based on approved disbursement vouchers
2. Generates a list of paid vouchers from the system and files the same for reference
3. Maintains record of books such as sales book for external use, disbursement and general journal and ledger
4. Prepares daily list of disbursements based on their due date and submits the same to cashier for preparation of Daily Cash Position Report
5. Monitors canteen items for inventory such as checking of wet market and grocery items upon arrival from marketing/grocery
6. Monitors and releases supplies for Department Requests
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accounting, Accounting Technology, or Finance
Knowledge and experience in Quickbooks
At least 1 year work-related experience
