The bookkeeper is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the financial and accounting records of the company through recording of day to day financial transactions of the company.
Job Description
Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Prepare and maintain company accounting documents and records
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Receive payments and issuance of sales invoice
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Manage and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by superior
Qualifications
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or any equivalent course
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Hands -on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Result-oriented and able to work with little supervision
Analytical, organized and detail-oriented
Willing to be assigned in Shaw Boulevard - Pasig Blvd, Pasig City
