Maintains and updates subsidiary ledger accounts by recording and posting transactions in the accounting system and in the manual books of accounts
Maintains and updates general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries to the general ledger
Ensures completeness of financial transactions posted to subsidiary ledger accounts
Liaise with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in the application of tax identification number (TIN) of unit buyers of the Group of Companies.
Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by superior
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any course.
With basic knowledge in accounting
Good computer skills (especially with Microsoft excel)
Goal-oriented and self-directed, can work with less supervision
Team player, pro-active and willing to work extended hours
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Good concentration
An eye for details
Ability to handle pressure
