Responsibilities
Raising and entering supplier invoices in Xero
Paying accounts/suppliers on behalf of the company as per weekly/monthly budget
Journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
Prepare payment plans for weekly/monthly payments
Chasing debtors for outstanding invoices as per credit terms
Reporting daily/weekly collections and current debtors
Daily balance and daily collections reporting
Daily payments against orders reporting
Daily account reconciliations (Bank Accounts, PayPal, Amazon, Credit Cards)
Successful management of all international transactions
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping
3+ years' experience using software Xero
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy including closely monitoring all aspects of the job and continually checking processes and tasks
Effective communication skills
The ability to listen and follow instructions correctly
Experience with international transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be flexible outside of working hours to fulfill duties where required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
