We are looking for skilled Bookkeepers to maintain financial records, including but not limited to purchases, sales, receipts, invoices, and payments.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to monthly financial reports, records of payments and adjustments, ledger data entry, and daily accounting tasks.
Oversee a company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, among others
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting
6 months of bookkeeping experience
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other bookkeeping software
Excellent math and analytical skills
Can write and speak English well
Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer that can run accounting software smoothly
Able to work in US business hours
Quickbooks or Xero experience is a plus
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
4GB RAM
Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
Headset for video calls
