Company Description
Outsourced is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company located in Manila, Philippines that provides dedicated full time remote staff and offshore staffing services to foreign companies of all sizes.
We have 300 staff and are aiming to grow to 500 staff within the next 2 years. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for winning new international business clients who will hire additional staff via our dedicated offshore staffing services.

Job Description
Manage the day-to-day store sales transaction processing into the accounting system, Xero. Investigate variances of daily sales based on stores' End-of-Day reports and income report.
Manage weekly reconciliation of payments from Paypal and Afterpay
Manage receipt of all Purchase Orders received at store and HQ
Receive in to the client's ERP system (Called Retail Express)
Enter purchases into Xero
Communicate with suppliers on credit notes
Assist with managing the Accounts Payable function by ensuring timely recording of invoices payable into Xero to enable the Accounts Payable report to be produced for management
This role may be reviewed over time as the business grows.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years Experience with Xero accounting system
Advance Excel skills
Accounting qualification is preferable
Ability to show initiative to problem solving
Impressive computer and communication skills
Really good internet connection
Attention to detail and accuracy
Respect for confidentiality
Respect for clients, team, and everyone
Ability to manage their own time and follow process
Additional Information
Working hours
8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time.
6AM -3PM Manila Time
