Position Purpose
The Bookkeeper position is responsible for all day to day bookkeeping and monthly verification tasks for the business entities assigned to your portfolio by team leader, supervisor or the client team leader or supervisor. The work assigned is critical in satisfying client accounting compliance, financial management and financial reporting.

Principal Accountabilities
The position is responsible for all day to day bookkeeping and monthly verification tasks for the business entities assigned to your portfolio
Use the latest in cloud-based technology, for a range of clients across a wide range of industries. Accounts Payable/Receivable
Conduct payroll, and superannuation payments for clients, as required
Conduct bank reconciliations and identify and resolve any discrepancies, as required
Ensure compliance with ATO and other finance/tax related legislation an Advantage (Bookkeeping related)
Any other duties as required from time to time
Preparation of BAS and IAS
