BOOKKEEPER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Data Entry
> QuickBooks management
> Perform bank reconciliations
> Prepare financial reports
> Perform other tasks that may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
> Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent
> Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
> Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
> Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
> High level of INTEGRITY
> Intelligent
> Flexible
> Fast learner
> Good work attitude
> Good organizational skills
EQUIPMENT:
📌 Hardware: Computer Minimum System Requirements:
- CPU: Intel or AMD processor with 64-bit support, 2 GHz or faster processor.
- RAM: 4 GB and above
- GPU: 2GB and above
📌 Headset
📌 Connectivity: Minimum of 5 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection
📌 USB sticks, pocket wifi, signal-based & wireless connections are not recommended
📌 Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
Full Time and Long Term Employment
