Bookkeeper (Female)
Salary : 18k to 20k
Job Description & Duties:
- Process and Secure Municipal Business License and Permit Renewal, SEC and other permits that may be required in the business operation.
- Processing, Preparing, filing of tax returns and payment of all compliance to BIR on a Monthly, Quarterly
and Annual Reports requirements such as VAT Relief, 2307, 1601C, 1601EQ, 1601F, 1603, 2550-M,
2550Q, 1702Q, 1702 1604CF/E and other BIR related concerns
- Assists in the preparation of schedules, retrieval of documents in line with tax filing, BIR inquiries and
other mandatory compliance
- Responsible for recording all transactions in all of the books of accounts of the company.
- Ensure that account balances are accurate with proper subsidiary ledgers
- Analyze transactions requiring journal entries-
- Ensure the completeness of records for closing and preparation of FS
- Other related job that may be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:-
- Candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related business course
- Accounting work experience for at least 1 -2 years in General accounting or in a same field
- With at least 1-2 years experience in bookkeeping and FS preparation
- Has a broader knowledge of all phases of basic accounting work (general accounting)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel and Word )
- able to handle multiple work deadlines
- Must be Great Attention to Detail
- Must be willing to do minimal field works
